Job summary

The ComfortMD in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high workmanship standards while coordinating with service, sales, and office teams to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication.
• Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems to identify issues and safety concerns.
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and HVAC installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects from start to finish on residential and light commercial sites.
