Qualifications

• At least three years of full‑time HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead employees and subcontractors in the field.
• Experience interpreting plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installers and subcontractors.
• Oversee fabrication and installation of HVAC assemblies and systems.
• Interpret plans, specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Inspect installations for compliance with plans, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and vendor deliveries.
• Plan work sequences based on construction schedules.
• Forecast material and staffing needs.
• Coordinate inspections with municipalities.
• Lead crew safety meetings and enforce safety requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors to keep their work on schedule.
• Estimate labor hours and materials for project changes.
• Complete timesheets and daily reports.
