Job summary

Marshall’s Specialty Services in Springfield, Oregon seeks a Lead HVAC Installer to partner with a Helper on residential retrofits, new construction, hearth systems, and water heating projects. You will install, test and commission equipment from multiple manufacturers while mentoring junior staff.

Minimum 3-4 years of residential install experience is required, along with EPA Certification and NATE Core. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years residential install experience.
• EPA Certification and NATE Core or equivalent certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug and background screens.

Responsibilities

• Install, braze and evacuate line sets for residential systems.
• Supervise Helpers and train team members on site.
• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with codes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.
