Marshall’s Specialty Services in Springfield, OR, seeks a Lead HVAC Installer to install a wide range of systems for residential retrofit, new construction, hearth projects, and water heating solutions. You’ll work with a Helper, supervise on-site safety, and ensure quality workmanship in all duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years residential install experience.
• NATE Core certification required; another certification within 1 year.
• EPA Certification and LP License or obtain within 6 months.
• Water Heater Installer License within 6 months.
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to read measurements and create drawings for sheet metal work.
• Knowledge of gas piping design and installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and service a wide range of HVAC systems for residential projects.
• Lead Helper on job sites and provide training and feedback.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites and proper use of PPE.
• Document work for invoices, estimates, orders, and time tracking.
• Attend NATE training for specialty certification.
