Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and IAQ products.
• Fabricate and install residential ductwork and fittings.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment.
• Perform system startups, testing, and quality checks.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, company standards, and local codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job.
