AA Service Company in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installations from start to finish, install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and IAQ products, and fabricate ductwork to spec while meeting manufacturer, company, and local code requirements.

You will mentor apprentices, ensure thorough system startups and testing, maintain precise installation records, keep work areas tidy, and deliver a five-star customer experience on every job.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to independently install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Knowledge of sheet metal layout and fabrication for job needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering a five-star customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor air quality products.
• Fabricate and install residential ductwork and fittings.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment.
• Perform system startups, testing, and quality checks.
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specs, company standards, and local codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records.
