Joe Cool Home Services is actively seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team operating out of Pinellas Park and serving the greater Tampa Bay area. You will lead installation crews for residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring high quality workmanship and excellent customer service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, with lead/crew experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of system sizing, layout, and installation best practices.
• Experience working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage installation jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential HVAC installation crews.
• Install heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-split systems.
• Read and follow install plans, layouts, and manufacturer specifications.
• Oversee ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical hookups on new installations.
• Ensure installations meet code, permit, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior installers on the crew.
• Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in customers' homes.

The Role
