Job summary

Cornerstone Pros - Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Residential HVAC Lead Installer. The role involves installing and upgrading equipment, including heat pumps, straight cool, and inverter systems, and enhancing ductwork while performing service work as needed.

You will lead install teams, startup and troubleshoot systems, and build strong relationships with customers. Maintain safety, comply with codes, and keep your truck organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years residential HVAC installation experience as a lead.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record in the last 5 years.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ and humidity/temperature control per code and manufacturer specs.
• Startup and troubleshoot a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Keep your work truck/trailer clean and stocked.
• Be available for on-call rotation on weekends.

The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool & inverter/communicating Equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system.This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code.
• Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Keepyour work truck and trailer clean and stocked.
• On call rotation for weekends.

Qualifications:

• At least three(3) yearsResidential HVACInstallation experience as a lead
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License with no major infractionsin thelast five (5) years
• Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
