Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services in Jackson, WI is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You will install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, read blueprints, balance air flows, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, air balancing, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record; able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with codes, standards, and work instructions.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.

• Compensation: $26-$37/hour based on experience

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions.

• Maintain high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft every day.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
