Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer for the Jackson, WI location to perform residential and light commercial HVAC system installations with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 2–3+ years of HVAC experience, Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred, and skills in sheet metal, air balancing, and troubleshooting. A valid driver’s license, drug screen, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.

• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
