Responsibilities of the Job:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems
- Install ductwork including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction
- Interpret job specifications, layouts, and installation requirements
- Ensure all systems are installed to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Install and connect electrical components related to HVAC systems
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications for the Job:
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
- Journeyman or Lead experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret basic plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when needed
- Strong time management and reliability
