Position: Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + bonuses and spiffs - Total annual earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000.

Work Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Job Duties:

• Residential and light commercial retrofit/changeout installations
• New construction installation
• Team lead on jobsite and able to mentor helpers
• Duct Installer - Sheetmetal and Flex
• Brazing, and testing line sets
• Installing and testing gas piping
• Startups and troubleshooting
• Providing excellent customer service
• Daily use of ServiceTitan

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of HVAC Installation experience
• Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
• EPA universal Certification
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to lift up to 100lb with assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
