Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process.
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level installers.
