Job summary

Goettl in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to lead on-site installations, including ductwork, units, and electrical components, while maintaining design specs and company standards.

You will train and mentor the installation team, coordinate with field staff, perform system testing, and use ServiceTitan, Bluon, and MeasureQuick to track diagnostics and efficiency. EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type 2 Certification required.
• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• 1 year with ServiceTitan, Bluon, MeasureQuick.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installations including ductwork, units and electrical components.

• Occasionally perform small maintenance repairs and communicate system operation to customers.
• Ensure installations meet high standards with proper planning and execution.

• Maintain a fully stocked and organized company truck with necessary tools.
• Perform safety inspections on tools, equipment and PPE and enforce safety on job sites.
