Denillo Heating & Cooling, a family-owned business in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer. The role leads a crew installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems with emphasis on quality workmanship and customer care.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for experienced installers, competitive pay ($25.00 - $35.00 per hour), and strong benefits including 50% company-paid medical insurance and a 401(k) with up to 3% company match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to arrive ready to work by 7:30 AM.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with opportunities for overtime)

What You'll Do:

Lead a crew in the professional installation of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while delivering the high-quality workmanship and customer care that Denillo is known for.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Ability to arrive ready to work by 7:30 AM
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Customer service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess your own basic hand tools
• Physically able to handle a full day on your feet, strenuous labor, lifting up to 70 lbs, working in extreme heat or cold, and climbing ladders throughout the day
