Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Pittsboro, IN, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to supervise a skilled installation team while performing hands-on work.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with overtime as needed, and offers competitive pay and benefits. You will bring EPA certification, 5+ years of installation experience, and a clean driving record; NATE and leadership experience are preferred.

Formación

• Universal EPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installer who can perform amazing work and lead a motivated team in doing the same. Based in Pittsboro, IN, we also serve the Brownsburg area. You'll join us from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime as required to meet business/client needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Minimum Qualifications

• Universal EPA certification
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
• Valid driver's License with a clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work some overtime if needed

Preferred Criteria

• NATE certification
• 1+ years of experience as a lead installer
• Management experience
• Experience installing geothermal/mini split appliances
