Integrity Heating & Cooling in the Greater Charlotte area is hiring an HVAC Installer with a minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience. This role offers a clear path to leadership through mentorship, training, and real opportunities to advance within the company.

You will install residential HVAC systems with precision, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with a team, maintain paperwork, and uphold safety standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• OSHA training preferred

Responsabilidades

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion
• Communicate professionally with customers and address their questions
• Maintain accurate job paperwork, materials usage, and installation notes
• Keep company vehicle and inventory organized
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and management teams
• Ensure compliance with all local codes and safety regulations
• Mentor and guide junior installers (for those ready)
• Coordinate daily installation tasks and workflow
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

What You'll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Leadership & Team Oversight (for those ready or aspiring):

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience or strong desire to develop leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Preferred or willingness to obtain: NATE certification, experience with Trane, Lennox, or similar systems, OSHA training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle ladders and tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and in tight spaces
• Ability to handle tools, equipment, and repetitive physical tasks
