Responsibilities

At Conway, your customer service skills are valued, with abundant opportunities for career advancement and high income potential! As an AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic, you will disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start-up, and troubleshoot new HVAC systems in residential settings.

We are now offering up to a $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for experienced technicians!

Installers can expect:

• Year-round full-time work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead with a helper assigned
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA Certification (assistance may be available)
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to work long, sporadic hours and weekends when needed
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and a valid driver’s license with a good record are required
