About the Role: As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC units are installed correctly and operate efficiently to meet our customers' comfort needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently install heating and air conditioning equipment in customers’ homes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Participate in training to grow and develop professionally.
• Obtain necessary certifications; we will support this process.
• Perform additional duties to support our vision and mission, adhering to JH core values.

Qualifications:

• Work efficiently and safely at a fast pace.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull up to 175 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain good driving record per company standards.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background checks.
