McQuillan Home Services LLC in Maplewood, MN is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. You will work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners, conducting safety checks and ensuring accurate information is shared with homeowners after service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• Pre-employment background check.

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Conduct safety and performance tests; check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Maintain truck inventory levels and ensure accurate, detailed information is shared with homeowners.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after service is performed.

The primary duties of an HVAC Install Lead are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
