We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer. You will perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems, work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners, and conduct safety tests for carbon monoxide and gas leaks.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC Installer duties including retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.

• Daily tasks include collecting payments, conveying detailed information about each home, and maintaining truck inventory; communicate status to homeowners after service.

The primary duties of an Lead HVACInstallerare to perform retrofit replacementsfor HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
