McQuillan Home Services in Maplewood, MN is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and service for residential heating and cooling systems. You will troubleshoot, diagnose repairs, and conduct safety tests, including CO and gas leak checks, while delivering clear, honest information to homeowners.

You’ll manage tech tasks on site, handle payments, and keep truck inventory updated.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
