Nashoba in Littleton, MA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who can install, design, and commission HVAC systems with precision. You’ll work closely with team members, verify materials, and maintain safety and quality on every job.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of installation experience, own tools, and a customer‑minded approach. You’ll mentor apprentices, document work, and uphold company standards while delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must have own hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate and install ducts and fittings.
• Verify and load equipment and materials for each job.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and superiors.
• Complete all required paperwork for each job.
• Keep company vehicle clean.
• Maintain high customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentor an apprentice to contribute to Nashoba.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice to become a contributor to the Nashoba team

General Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Nashoba in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.
