Integrity Heating & Air, Inc. in Delaware invites experienced HVAC leaders to join our residential installation team. You will oversee start-to-finish installs, mentor crew members, and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading complete HVAC installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 7:00 AM start, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays).
• Ability to perform physical work in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every job meets company, manufacturer, and code standards
• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
• Mentor and support install team members, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism
• Diagnose and resolve installation or startup issues to ensure systems operate properly before leaving the job
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process and answer questions with confidence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following all safety protocols and industry standards
