Job summary

Integrity Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential installations from start to finish. You will mentor team members, ensure all work meets code and manufacturer standards, and communicate clearly with homeowners.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality workmanship, safety, and a service mindset as the company grows across Delaware and into Maryland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven experience leading complete HVAC installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays available).
• Ability to perform physical work in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every job meets company, manufacturer, and code standards
• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
• Mentor and support install team members, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism
• Diagnose and resolve installation or startup issues to ensure systems operate properly before leaving the job
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process and answer questions with confidence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following all safety protocols and industry standards
