Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00/hour, based on experience and credentials, plus commissions and spiffs!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC installation experience
• Minimum of 2 years lead installer experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and train entry-level installers
• Familiar with residential and commercial systems, Carrier, Lennox, communication equipment, and zoning
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
