This role requires a reliable and skilled technician who can independently lead residential HVAC system installations, mentor junior staff, and ensure each project meets our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC system installations and complete change-outs (heat pumps, air-conditioners, furnaces).
Install HVAC-related equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Wire line and low voltage circuits for heating and cooling systems.
Solder and braze copper refrigerant lines.
Install sheet metal and flex ductwork in residential/light commercial settings.
Conduct job pre-measurements to determine material needs.
Load and verify required equipment/materials for each job.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and submit required job documentation.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
EPA Certification (Required).
2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
Must pass a drug screening and background check.
Strong problem-solving, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
Skilled with hand/power tools and HVAC-related technologies.
Knowledge of supporting electrical and plumbing systems.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule
