Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Install residential HVAC equipment and accessories with precision
• Crawl consistently in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders to rooftops, and work in various outdoor environments
• Educate customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Provide training to junior team members, fostering team growth
• Understand and adhere to local codes and regulations
• Learn and execute start-up and testing procedures for all installed equipment
• Perform brazing, pipe sizing, and run piping in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Stay updated on industry advancements and new products
• Promote the company’s values through performance, attitude, and knowledge
• Complete any other duties as assigned to support team success

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly, as this job requires heavy lifting
• EPA Certification
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with submission of a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
