Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS is seeking Experienced Residential HVAC Installers. Earn $60,000 - $100,000 per year based on performance while working for the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead installations with a helper.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
