Job summary

Allen Service in Colorado is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. You will lead installations and ensure high quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential or light commercial experience, a Journeyman or Master license, and strong blueprint-reading skills. We offer growth, teamwork, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Deep understanding of installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles.
• Proven ability to read blueprints and diagram simple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity.
• Valid driver\'s license with insurable record; pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.
• Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.

What You\'ll Do:

• Installation:Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Technical Execution:Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
• Customer Relations:Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.
• Operational Standards:Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.
• Documentation:Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.

What You Bring:

• Experience:3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.
• Licensing:Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles.
• Systems Expertise:Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrity:High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Compliance:Valid driver\'s license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
