What You'll Do:

1. Lead residential HVAC installs & ensure top-notch quality
2. Train & mentor junior techs – be the leader you wish you had
3. Troubleshoot & problem-solve on-site
4. Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30 (with OT opportunities)

Who We Want:

1. 5+ years HVAC experience | EPA 608 Cert (Universal preferred)
2. Strong communicator & problem-solver
3. Valid driver's license + clean record
4. Can lift 50+ lbs & ready to roll
