Join us as an HVAC Lead Installer at F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical

We are seeking a dedicated Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Danley 911, a trusted leader in residential HVAC solutions with over 100 years of service. This role involves overseeing and performing installations of heating and cooling systems, leading a team, and ensuring high-quality work that meets all safety and code standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
  • Supervise and mentor installation crew to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate with customers, providing education and answering questions about new systems.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and timelines for timely project completion.
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Certification (required); NATE Certification (preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.
