Job summary

Complete Comfort is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to run jobs from start to finish, mentor junior techs, and deliver top-tier installs across Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee.

You’ll lead residential and light commercial HVAC installs, install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation, while ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work and clear homeowner communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC install experience.
• EPA Certification (Universal) preferred.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record.
• Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or Generac is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential & light commercial HVAC installs from start to finish.
• Install systems: furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation.
• Manage and mentor install helpers/crew members.
• Ensure clean, code-compliant, high-quality installs.
• Communicate with homeowners on system use and expectations.
• Coordinate with dispatch and project teams to stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs moving efficiently.
