Blue Ridge Heating & Air is seeking a seasoned Lead HVAC Installer in the Greenville area. You will lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, delivering quality craftsmanship and ensuring adherence to manufacturer and company standards.

The role offers a guaranteed 4-day work week, premium compensation with uncapped first-year earnings between $85,000 and $125,000+, and a supportive team environment that values expertise in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Lead HVAC Installer.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting with hand/power tools and knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and duct systems.
• Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire low-voltage components.
• Pre-measure jobs to ensure materials are loaded correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Mentor and train junior installers/apprentices on the team.
• Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.
• Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.
• Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.
• Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.
• Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.
• Certifications: EPA Certification is required.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand/power tools, and working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
• Driving Record: Valid, insurable driver’s license.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
