Consolitech International LLC is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to head residential and commercial installations in the North Chesterfield, VA area. You will guide a crew, ensure quality, and drive projects from kickoff through commissioning on time and to spec.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on installation expertise, and a focus on safety, codes, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic HVAC team. North Chesterfield location, VA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Knowledge of split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and air handlers.
• Ability to read schematics and equipment specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC system installations for residential and/or commercial projects from start to finish.
• Install, commission, and test heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installation crew members on job sites.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise on the job site.
