Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with clients and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate execution.
• Conduct system start-ups and ensure full functionality upon installation.
• Communicate with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold all safety standards.
• Complete required documentation for each job, including installation checklists and time tracking.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Uphold RAIR’s standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Schedule
