Job summary

Dawson’s Electric & Air in Raleigh, NC is seeking a strong residential HVAC Lead Technician to run installs from start to finish. You’ll mentor junior installers, troubleshoot issues, and deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners on every jobsite.

You’ll ensure safety and code compliance, work closely with homeowners, and share your deep HVAC knowledge and leadership. A valid license and EPA certification complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Proven lead technician experience on install crews.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and modern install techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• EPA certification.

Responsibilities
