We are seeking a customer-friendly, motivated technician who can relate to and appreciate our core values of integrity, people, partnership, attitude, and excellence.

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both commercial and residential units. Your primary focus will be installations in both residential and commercial settings.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, equipment, and components
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record over the past 5 years. Must be approved to drive a company vehicle.
• Commercial and Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC problems and resolve them as needed
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and best practices
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• OSHA 10 certification completed within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading an HVAC installation crew
• Hydronic and Radiant system experience
• Experience with zoning and voltage control circuits
• Completion of HVAC technology training programs
• Valid HVAC Technician License or Certification
• Jade Control experience

Schedule:

The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Later hours and weekends may be required based on workload and customer needs.

All employees must pass a driving record check (MVR), lift test, and drug screening prior to starting.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a pay range between $25.00 and $45.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also provide a company-matching 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands. Occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
