As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both commercial and residential units. Your primary focus will be installations in both residential and commercial settings.
The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Later hours and weekends may be required based on workload and customer needs.
All employees must pass a driving record check (MVR), lift test, and drug screening prior to starting.
We offer a pay range between $25.00 and $45.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also provide a company-matching 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands. Occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
