Job summary

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, INC in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time experienced HVAC Service Technician to grow your career with an established, respected company.

You will earn up to $45/hour, plus a $3000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, a company vehicle, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC field experience.
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC systems knowledge; local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems; installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Interpreting technical data (pressure, temperature).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

As a HVAC Service Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus. You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.
