R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time, experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Tech to grow your career with a respected, family-owned company. You will lead installations, oversee maintenance, and mentor junior technicians.

Earn up to $45/hour with a $3000 sign-on bonus and a solid benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, a company vehicle, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems and installing new ones.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations and system replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Train junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients and customers.
• Read wiring diagrams and interpret refrigeration cycles.
• Interpret technical data such as pressure and temperature.
