Job summary

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time experienced Lead Residential HVAC Technician to grow with an established and respected local company.

You will earn up to $45/hour depending on experience, plus a $3000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems and installing new ones.
• Performing routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Training junior team members and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead in residential HVAC projects and service calls.
• Install, maintain, and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus! Qualifications

• Running pipe and duct systems through homes

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
