Wright Heating and Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Lead in the Akron area. You will lead residential installation projects, coach helpers, and ensure work is completed safely and to Wright's standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, are comfortable leading crews, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Expect local, non-overnight work with competitive hourly pay and union benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own basic HVAC hand tools.
• Ability to train newer team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct residential HVAC installation jobs from beginning to completion.
• Work alongside and coach installation helpers.
• Demonstrate proper installation methods and jobsite practices.
• Maintain high workmanship, safety, and customer care standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Operate HVAC tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
