Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required (min 3 years).
• EPA Universal License required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Background check, MVR, and drug screen required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service while installing new residential HVAC systems (not new construction or commercial).
• Lead installations from start to finish per the job plan and adjust as needed.
• Work with a HVAC Helper and assist with daily tasks.
• Offer customers maintenance tips and guidance on system options.
