Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects for new builds, renovations, and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review designs, equipment selections, and system integration.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality.
• Support commissioning, validate system performance, and manage test‑and‑balance reviews.
• Stay up to date on HVAC technologies, code requirements, and sustainability practices.
• Provide support and guidance on HVAC‑related issues across the organization.
