Daffy Ducts is looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Snellville, GA. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of ductwork and IAQ equipment, and may hire your own helper.

A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics are essential. You will install ducts in residential and commercial settings, troubleshoot units, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred, with ability to read blueprints
• Strong mechanical knowledge and tool proficiency
• EPA Type II certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Excellent communication with clients and team

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC ducts in residential/commercial settings per specs and codes
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for optimal system performance
• Troubleshoot HVAC units using diagnostic tools
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand designs
• Collaborate with team to complete installations on schedule
• Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions
• Keep tools and workspace organized and safe
• Operate company vehicle to job sites per safety rules
