Job summary

Atlantic Refrigeration is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to join our Delray Beach team. You will design, fabricate, and install ducts and HVAC equipment at customer sites, ensuring high quality workmanship and strict safety standards.

With 3–5 years of experience in AC installation, you will mentor helpers, complete paperwork neatly, and coordinate with dispatch and maintenance teams to keep projects on schedule. A valid driver’s license and CFC Type I/II certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in air conditioning installation and mechanic work.

Responsibilities

• Completes all paperwork neatly and on time.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs ducts and duct fittings.
• Mentors HVAC Installer Helpers on proper installation skills.
• Installs HVAC equipment at customer homes with minimal supervision.
• Participates in training to grow professionally.
• Maintains communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams.
