Ductwork Is Where Performance Is Won or Lost. We Treat It That Way.

Most companies rush the ducts to get to the equipment. We're the opposite. FL HVAC Services is a building-performance company — engineers, designers, and HVAC craftsmen under one roof — specializing in high-end homes and homeowners fighting mold, humidity, and air-quality problems nobody else could solve.

That means ductwork isn't an afterthought here. It's the heart of what makes our systems perform. If you know how to install duct the right way, you'll be doing it on premium homes for customers who pay for quality — and we pass that back to you in higher pay and real growth.

Why Skilled Installers Choose Us

• Above-market hourly pay — our premium work commands premium rates, and so do our people
• Performance bonuses and commissions
• We make you better — we train you in airflow engineering, system design, and building performance, not just installation
• High-end, high-quality jobs — expensive homes, discerning customers, work you're proud of
• Serious room to grow — we're expanding across the state and into new states, and we promote from within
• Genuine work/life balance and leadership that has your back

About the Role

We're hiring an HVAC Installer with strong ductwork skills. Your primary focus will be fabricating and installing ductwork correctly — because in our homes, proper duct design is what delivers the airflow, humidity control, and comfort our customers expect. You'll also assist with full system installs and learn the engineering side of what we do.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate ductboard and install ductwork to spec
• Install and seal supply and return duct systems for proper airflow
• Assist with installing air handlers, furnaces, coils, heat pumps, package units
• Remove and replace existing ductwork and components
• Support system startup, testing, and quality checks
• Keep the jobsite organized, clean, safe, and efficient
• Follow engineered designs to deliver airflow and performance exactly as specified
• Do every job right the first time

What We're Looking For

• Strong ductwork installation skills (primary requirement)
• General HVAC installation experience a plus — but we will train the right person to become far better than they are today
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass background screening
• Own tools, or willingness to acquire them
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow

Our Promise to You

We invest in people who take pride in their craft. At FL HVAC services, you'll be trained, challenged, respected, and rewarded — and as we grow across the state and beyond, you'll have room to move up into lead, specialist, or design roles most companies can't offer.
