Qualifications

• HVAC/Building Automation project management experience required.
• Construction project management experience or related field desired.
• Experience interpreting and managing schedules of values and billing.
• Strong budgeting knowledge: development, tracking, and forecasting.
• Good understanding of computer operating systems.
• Ability to configure and debug basic computer problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic problem-solver focused on customer satisfaction.
• Clean driving record.
