Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems; strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems; HVAC preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred.
