Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an Engineering Manager – HSIO Connectors in Schaumburg, IL to lead the design, qualification, and global launch of next-generation HSIO connector products. This role will guide a global engineering organization and partner with customers and sales from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 10 to 15+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• 5 to 10+ years of project and/or people management experience.
• Experience working with global teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a global HSIO connectors engineering team.
• Lead the design, prototyping, qualification, and launch of new HSIO connector products.
• Own end-to-end project execution with milestones, timelines, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Design, NPI, Operations, and Manufacturing teams—especially with partners in China.
